There have been millions of accusations from the Presidential Election of 2020 and the 2022 Arizona Governor Election concerning “Voter Fraud” and “Ballot Harvesting.” Democratic Leaders have termed this as being: “The Big Lie.” More often than not, people tend to be unable to differentiate between “Lying” and “Being Mistaken.” When a person lies, he knows he is not telling the truth, but he does it anyway thinking he has something to gain if he doesn’t tell the truth or something to lose if he does tell the truth. A person can say something which isn’t true, but he believes he is telling the truth. This is not lying but simply “Being Mistaken.” The millions of people who have been saying that the 2020 Presidential Election and the 2022 Arizona Governor Elections were stolen from Donald Trump and Kari Lake believe they are telling the truth. The people who voted against Donald Trump and Kari Lake in these elections and say there was no Voter Fraud also believe they are telling the truth. Voter Fraud is a conspiracy theory which cannot be proven because the evidence is circumstantial which doesn’t hold up in any court. But the circumstantial evidence has been overwhelming concerning the accusations of Voter Fraud, so the conspiracy theory can’t be debunked either. Quite often with conspiracy theories stemming from overwhelming circumstantial evidence, there isn’t enough tangible evidence to prove them or debunk them. More often then not when they are proven or debunked, everyone will be in compliance. But right now, with the Voter Fraud Conspiracy Theory, it’s hard to say which side is right and which side is mistaken, but neither side is lying.
Recently, Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy released video coverage of the January 6th Capitol Riot to Tucker Carlson and FOX News, because McCarthy felt the Left Wing Media was holding back on the American People and telling the public only what the Left Wing Media wanted the public to know. McCarthy felt there needed to be more transparency. There was violence and vandalism on January 6th at the capitol, make no mistake about it. It started out to be a peaceful protest, but the WOKE Terrorist plants (BLM and Antifa) know how to turn a peaceful protest crowd into a riot mob, and that’s what happened. WOKE may have triggered the riot, but MAGA Protesters participated, but not Jacob Chansley. This wasn’t an insurrection. An insurrection is an uprising like Bacon’s Rebellion (1676) or Shay’s Rebellion (1786). This was just a riot like the George Floyd riots in 2020. But January 6th was not a peaceful event, not by a long shot. This video footage Kevin McCarthy released to Tucker Carlson does prove that Democrats and left wing media willfully withheld information about the January 6th Riot from the American Public. That is lying. Now some have already concluded that Tucker Carlson is the one lying to America with his commentaries on the video footage that was given to him by Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy. Tucker Carlson is often mistaken by what he is saying to the American Public. Again, the thing here is, Carlson believes he is telling the truth. If he knew he wasn’t telling the truth but doing it anyway thinking he has something to gain by it, or something to lose if he didn’t, then he would be lying.
In conclusion, after writing this article, I hope my readers can differentiate between actual lying and “Being mistaken.”
