It is said that one should not make accusations unless he can back it up with tangible proof– evidence which can hold up in any court. Circumstantial Evidence does not hold up in any court in the land. That is why Al Capone never was brought to justice for the the mass slayings in the Saint Valentine’s Day Massacre (February 14, 1929; in Chicago).
Following the Election of November 2020, a lot of accusations of “Voter Fraud” and “Ballot Harvesting” were hurled at Joe Biden (Who won the election) and the Democrats by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans and they tried to make the accusation stick based on circumstantial evidence. It is true that when Donald Trump gives a speech, he draws multitude crowds which have extended over a mile in some events. Joe Biden doesn’t draw very big crowds. One day a little while after Joe Biden took office, Joe was sitting in a shop eating an ice cream cone, and there was a handful of people sitting around the president. Meanwhile, in Phoenix, Arizona; Donald Trump was giving a MAGA Rally Speech and there was a multitude crowd extending over a mile. With that, it is easy to say, “No way did Joe Biden beat Donald Trump by majority vote.” The problem is, “Large Crowds vs. Small Crowds” is circumstantial evidence. Other circumstantial evidence which popped up during this election is that for several days, Donald Trump maintained a margin-able lead in Pennsylvania and Georgia. This would have given Donald Trump the victory in the 2020 Election, but they say on that for several days. Finally after several days, Joe Biden was declared the winner of Pennsylvania, Georgia, and the 2020 Election as a whole. Despite these being circumstantial, and not tangible evidence of a stolen election, Donald Trump and millions of Republican Supporters began to hurl accusations of voter fraud which climaxed with the January 6, 2021 Riot at the Nations Capitol. This created ongoing animosity towards Donald Trump the MAGA Republicans. Donald Trump did not initiate the riot at the Capitol on January 6 (WOKE Terrorists did), but Democrats have tried to pin January 6 on the Former U.S. President. A few months ago in August 2022, the Democrats and the FBI tried to flake Donald Trump on phony charges with a night raid at his home at Mar A Lago. By voicing accusations base on circumstantial evidence, Donald Trump lost a lot of respect and credibility from a multitude Americans, as did millions of his supporters over the last couple of years. The animosity towards Trump and his supporters have been growing immensely the last couple of years. These accusations based on circumstantial evidence must stop IMMEDIATELY, because they are doing far more harm than good especially for Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans.
During the 2022 Midterm Election, Similar events took place in the State of Arizona during and after the Arizona Governor’s Election. Ballot Machines in Maricopa County were rejecting ballots in “Deep-red” Districts. Republican Candidate Kari Lake was always out among the public and drew multitude crowds while Democrat Candidate Katie Hobbs hid from the public a lot of the time. Somehow, Katie Hobbs still won the election by majority vote. Well, Kari Lake and her Republican Supporters wouldn’t buy it, and History from the 2020 Presidential Election was repeated with Voter Fraud accusations based on circumstantial evidence, and so far this has been ongoing, and the animosity towards Kari Lake and her supporters is escalating. Kari Lake is really a Good Christian Christian Woman but she is under a lot of attack right now.
When one faces disappointment due to losing an election or any contest or competition, it is so easy to hurl accusations based on overwhelming circumstantial evidence. But, Circumstantial Evidence, no matter how overwhelming it may be, needs to regarded as NO EVIDENCE! To make accusations without tangible evidence is to damage your own reputation and not the other party whom you are accusing. I was born with developmental disabilities in which I am not mentally challenged, but I am very different from the normal populous. I have competed in a lot of Toastmasters Speech Contests, particularly Tall Tales (Storytelling) Contests. I have won my share of major contest awards, but there have been times where I feel that I fell short because of what is called in contest judging as The Reverse Halo Effect. I often feel that I fell short of what I felt I deserved because of Contest Judges’ Reverse Halo Effect towards my developmental disabilities and being different and all of that based on circumstantial evidence (I do storytelling on a Professional Level and I am a Children’s Author). But I knew that if I started making waves, I would soon be tagged as a disruptive member of Toastmasters International and I could be asked to leave and never come back. I have taken the high road which is Circumstantial Evidence is NO EVIDENCE AT ALL! Despite a few disappointments in Speech Competition, I have had over 30 good years as a Member of Toastmasters. I have become a legend in the organization which would not have happened if I hadn’t chosen to take the high road.
I don’t agree with a lot of what Donald Trump and Kari Lake are doing right now. However, Donald Trump and Kari Lake are still within their rights to seek the truth, and seek justice if they believe they were wronged in their elections, and if they believe the elections were stolen. Remember, the circumstantial evidence was very overwhelming in these two elections which makes “Voter Fraud” in the 2020 Presidential Election and the Arizona Governor Election during the 2022 Midterms a “Conspiracy Theory,” and not necessarily a “Big Lie.” Conspiracy Theories are based on circumstantial evidence, and cannot be proven OR debunked due to the lack of tangible evidence. In both cases you had one candidate who drew very massive crowds while the other candidate drew very small crowds and a lot of times didn’t go out among the American Public. Still, the candidates that drew the small crowds beat the other candidates who drew very large crowds by majority vote. Go figure. This very easily poses the question: How’s that possible? I believe Donald Trump and Kari Lake are seeking answers to that question. Again, I don’t agree with what they are doing; However, again they are within their rights, so if people are bothered by that, my advise is: GET OVER IT! People need to stop harassing Donald Trump and Kari Lake and trying to flake them on phony criminal charges (like with January 6th Committee and Mar A Lago Raid) because it didn’t work and it’s not going to work. People at this point should be more concerned with what Joe Biden is doing in the Oval Office, and with the things Katie Hobbs is doing in the Arizona Governor’s Office. Both have done less than a satisfactory job, and they have done things which fall under the category of TREASON. Both Joe Biden and Katie Hobbs support Open Borders. This has resulted in massive crowds of illegal immigrants crossing the border illegally, pretty as they please. This in turn has resulted in an increase of crime and deaths from Fentanyl. This is an attack on American and an invasion on American Soil, which again is treason.
Get over Donald Trump and Kari Lake, and start focusing on the real problems facing this Great Nation under Joe Biden and Katie Hobbs, and stop listening to Hilary Clinton!
