Not the Red Tsunami which was Predicted.

As of 12:20pm, November 9th, 2022; The Day After Election Day:

For the U.S. Senate:

Democrats came in at 46

Republicans/GOP came in at 48.

While the GOP has the current lead, there are two states (Arizona and Georgia) in which all of the votes have not yet been tallied, but the Democrats are the projected winners, which means the Democrats are the projected party to control the U.S. Senate.

For the U.S. House of Representatives:

Democrats 206

Republicans/GOP 219

The GOP is projected to win control of the House of Representatives. With one party winning control of the U.S. Senate and the other winning control of the House of Representatives, I think the worst scenario we will see is that neither party will control Congress. Congress will be split down the middle, Even-Steven. Since there are more people in the U.S. House of Representatives than there are in the U.S.Senate, The GOP may just be able to fire Nancy Pelosi, which is what they want. We will see in a couple of days or so.
